Did I mention last time we were here a machine's base came undone and tore up my leg?! They came over took a report and that was it! Oh they offered an ice pack.
So we went to get a bite then play, & went to ask since THEY PUT US IN A KING if we still had to check out & check back in.to the same type room?! After it took 3 or 4 associates to decide that yes.we need to check out from a King room to check back into a.King room Okay, someone explain the ridiculousness in that! Did I mention that they all seemed to hate their job & take it out on us? We would leave & not come back but have waited years to see Anjelah so we'll stay, and write a review on every platform. Fine.but when we went to our assigned rm. so they said they 'only had a double' tonight and the King tomorrow so we'd have to check out in the morning then check back in. The front desk team tonight 9/8/22, 9pm on were very rude and unable to solve the simplicity of our reservation because we added a night (should have been thanked) but instead they said they were booked tonight (Pitbull) & tomorrow (Anjelah Johnson) and we booked a King rm. We used to come more often and lately when we've returned for a concert we remember whywe don't visit anymore.
